Nihapa Tours was one of the most incredible tour companies I have ever used. Their communication, attention to detail and knowledge was perfect. They were personable and make you feel so welcome. We were able to completely relax knowing that everything was taken care of.
Our guide Fadhili was so knowledgable and created unique opportunities for us with his deep understanding of the wildlife and parks. Our meals each day in the parks on Safari were delicious and beautiful, not just a bagged lunch. We opted for a private car and it was worth every penny! There is not one thing I would change about our tour with Nihapa and I can't recommend them enough.

We went on a safari in July 2025 during the Great Migration. The tour was organized by Nihapa, which I can 100% recommend to anyone who wants to go on a safari. We had a great guide, Suma, who was able to find all the rare animals in the Serengeti and show them to us up close. It was an incredible experience that will stay with us for a lifetime! I would also like to thank Kelvin, the tour organizer. He was always available and provided us with amazing gifts during our first safari. We spent a long time discussing the desired route, selecting hotels, and exploring transportation options within the parks, and within a month, we had come up with the best plan. We had very limited time for a transfer at Zanzibar Airport, but Kelvin managed to organize the process so that we arrived on time. Upon our arrival, we were met at the airport and quickly transferred to the internal terminal for our transfer to Arusha

Our trip to Tanzania with Nihapa Tours was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, their service was without doubt outstanding down to every detail that was perfectly arranged.
Mr. Kelvin, the managing director, deserves special recognition for arranging such a personalized experience. He thoughtfully arranged every aspect after providing us handpicked lodges, tailored activities, welcomed us with fresh flowers and coffee beans from their own farm! When our delayed luggage threatened to disrupt our plans, the team swiftly resolved it, allowing us to enjoy uninterrupted game drives.
The comfort they provided was on point with spotless, clean, and well maintained vehicles, stocked with drinks, snacks, blankets, cushions, neck rests, and even homemade guacamole (a generous treat from Mrs. Kelvin!), made every journey as enjoyable as the destinations.

I wish we had more stars to rate them even higher. Our trip was amazing, we had a wonderful experience with Suma, he made us feel like family, we felt that we belong here, he took us to best spots and we saw literally everything we wanted to see (all the big fives) and up close too. The vehicle was exceptionally neat, I was so stunned by the onboard services we could charge our phones and camera, we had a fridge and neck pillows, we didn't expect all this from a safari jeep. We are mostly grateful for their organisation, the planning and choice of accommodation matched perfectly with our expectations, they made our trip one we will never forget and we cant thank them enough.
