Depart Arusha early in the morning and travel toward Serengeti National Park. On arrival in the Central Serengeti, continue with an evening game drive through the wildlife-rich Seronera area, where resident lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other plains game can be seen throughout the year. After the game drive, proceed to lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, leave the Central Serengeti and travel north toward the Northern Serengeti and Mara River ecosystem. The journey is operated as a game drive en route, allowing time to explore different Serengeti habitats and follow the seasonal movement of the Great Migration. Spend the afternoon viewing the migration herds and wildlife of the northern plains before proceeding to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Mara Kati Kati Tented Camp or Similar
Spend the full day exploring the Northern Serengeti and Mara River region, following the Great Migration herds across the northern plains. Your driver-guide will concentrate on the areas showing the strongest wildlife activity, with time to search for wildebeest and zebra herds as well as the predators that follow them. The day is dedicated to maximizing migration viewing before returning to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Mara Kati Kati Tented Camp or Similar
Begin the day with a morning game drive in the Northern Serengeti, allowing another opportunity to follow migration activity before starting the journey south. Continue through the Serengeti on a game drive en route via the Central Serengeti, observing wildlife along the way before leaving the park and proceeding toward Karatu. Arrive at your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Tloma Lodge or Similar
Depart Karatu early in the morning and continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before descending into the crater for a wildlife safari. Explore the crater floor in search of black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos and the many other species concentrated within this remarkable ecosystem. After your crater tour, ascend in the late afternoon and transfer to Arusha, where the safari ends.
No Accommodation (End of Safari)
All accommodations, all activities unless indicated as optional, all transportation unless labeled as optional, meals as specified in the itinerary, taxes and VAT, drinking water during safari, professional driver guide, park fees, WiFi onboard vehicle, picnic lunch setup, and all transfers mentioned in the itinerary.
International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips and gratuities, optional activities, the optional Arusha to Seronera flight supplement of USD 150 per person, additional accommodation before or after safari, and government-imposed increases in taxes or park fees.
