Shared pricing should not mean an overcrowded safari. Nihapa keeps every scheduled group small, coordinated and under one operating team.
Every traveller has direct access to wildlife viewing from a purpose-built 4×4 safari vehicle.
The group stays together with the same guide, vehicle and operating team throughout the safari.
Accommodation is chosen for location, comfort, atmosphere and access to the safari route.
Your safari is managed by Nihapa rather than assembled from guests of several operators.
The joining format reduces private-safari costs while retaining structure, comfort and support.
Confirmed travellers can be connected before departure so expectations and trip logistics are clear.
The main operating route below follows the published August–October itinerary. July departures use the published Western Serengeti / Grumeti variation for the first Serengeti night.
Depart Arusha early and travel toward Serengeti National Park. On arrival in Central Serengeti, continue with an evening game drive through the Seronera area before proceeding to camp for dinner and overnight. July departures use the published Western Serengeti / Grumeti first-night routing instead.
After breakfast, leave Central Serengeti and travel north toward the Northern Serengeti and Mara River ecosystem. The journey is operated as a game drive en route, following changing habitats and seasonal migration activity before the afternoon safari in the northern plains.
Spend the full day exploring the Northern Serengeti and Mara River region, following the Great Migration across the northern plains. Your driver-guide concentrates on the areas showing the strongest wildlife activity, including the predators that follow the herds.
Begin with another morning game drive in Northern Serengeti before starting the journey south. Continue through the park via Central Serengeti on a game drive en route, then leave the Serengeti and travel through the Ngorongoro Highlands toward Karatu.
Depart Karatu early and continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before descending into the crater. Explore the crater floor in search of black rhino, lion, elephant, buffalo, hippo and other plains wildlife. Ascend in the late afternoon and transfer to Arusha.
The published main route uses Serengeti Kati Kati in Central Serengeti, Mara Kati Kati for the two Northern Serengeti nights and Tloma Lodge in Karatu. July departures use the seasonal Western Serengeti / Grumeti first-night variation.
Central Serengeti · Seronera area · July uses seasonal Western Serengeti routing
Northern Serengeti · Mara River ecosystem · Migration-focused camp
Karatu · Coffee-farm setting · Comfortable rooms
Crater safari and picnic lunch · No overnight · Return to Arusha
Accommodation names are indicative and may be substituted with a similar standard depending on confirmed availability and seasonal routing.
