proceeding on that safari. Odd-number multi-traveler bookings attract the
USD 320 single-room supplement for the unpaired guest occupying
the single room, unless an available triple room is selected, in which
case the USD 113 triple-room reduction applies. Kilimanjaro
International Airport (JRO)–Arusha transfers are USD 70 per vehicle/per
transfer for up to five travelers; a party of six travelers is USD 100
per transfer.

Are Mara River crossings guaranteed?
No. River crossings and migration movements are natural wildlife events. The itinerary positions the group in the relevant migration region, while the guide adapts game drives to current conditions.
Can I join this safari as a solo traveller?
Yes. The scheduled group format is designed for solo travellers as well as couples and small groups. Rooming requirements are confirmed during booking.
How many people are in the safari vehicle?
Each scheduled departure is configured for a maximum of five or six travellers. The exact maximum is shown on the departure card.
What happens if fewer than four travellers confirm?
The scheduled departure is guaranteed from four confirmed travellers. If an under-four departure is agreed to operate, the applicable 1-, 2- or 3-person price tier applies unless Nihapa confirms another arrangement.
Can I add a Serengeti balloon safari?
Yes, subject to availability and the operating location of the balloon provider. Ask the trip coordinator before final payment so timing can be integrated into the safari plan.
Can I continue to Zanzibar after the safari?
Yes. Nihapa can arrange a domestic flight, airport transfer and Zanzibar extension separately from the scheduled safari.
What luggage should I bring?
Soft-sided luggage is strongly preferred in safari vehicles and on domestic flights. Exact baggage limits depend on any flight sectors added to your trip.
When does the departure close online?
The booking calendar automatically closes a scheduled departure when its start date begins in Tanzania time.
